My wife and I recently had AWT Roofing replace our home's 25 year old composite roof. I'd done a bit of homework, and had decided which roofing materials I'd accept, how much those materials would cost, and I had an fair idea what a reasonable cost for labor, company overhead and mark-up would be. I contacted eight different companies, and got quotes from five. AWT was among three that provided reasonable quotes. However, of the five, Kyle from AWT stood out for his responsiveness, his ability to answer my questions, to provide the materials that I wanted, and to provide a reasonable turn-around time. AWT was amazing. We bought a house in Benicia and it closed just days before a major storm was said to hit. Literally hours after we closed AWT had six guys on our roof working in shifts to make sure our new home was secure and prepared for the coming rain.
